The specialist should ask which rooms overheat, when they are occupied, how doors are used and what a comfortable result means to the people in the building. A plan for an occasional guest room is not the same as a plan for a busy home office.

The visit then checks room sizes, glazing, likely loads, outdoor-unit positions, drainage, electrical supply, access and service routes. The goal is a proportionate recommendation with clear next steps and assumptions.
